What to expect from hot-dip galvanizing

  • Coating produced to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 — a metallurgical zinc bond, not paint that peels
  • Thickness checked by sampling on every galvanized batch — stage four of our five-stage QC
  • Appearance runs bright to matte gray with steel chemistry; vent and drain marks are normal
  • Galvanizing cycle of 2–3 days runs inside your production window, not on top of it

Which material should I specify — Q235B, SS304 or SS316?

Q235B carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing covers most outdoor and industrial floors. SS304 suits food and general washdown areas; SS316 is the choice for marine and heavy chloride exposure. Tell us the environment and we recommend the grade in your 24-hour quote — an MTC to EN 10204 Type 3.1 comes with every shipment.

Can you check spans, deflection and clip layout for my drawings?
