Every heat of Q235B, SS304 or SS316 arrives with its mill test certificate, verified at goods-in — the first of five QC stages, before a single bar is cut.
2 · Forming on in-house lines
Welded panels take shape on our electro-forging line — every bearing-bar and cross-bar intersection pressure-fused in one pass. Close-mesh work runs on the press-lock machine instead.
3 · Cutting, bending, banding
Panels are cut to size and to your drawings — notches, holes and checker-plate landings included. Edges are banded, and the hydraulic brake folds banding for stair treads.
4 · Galvanizing & packing
Hot-dip galvanizing runs at a certified partner kettle a short drive away — typically 2–3 days, already counted inside your production window. Orders come back for export strapping and palletizing in-house.
5 · Audits welcome, at any step
