What We Can Provide — Stated Plainly
Compliance buyers are right to distrust a badge wall. Here is the whole system in three groups of evidence: product test reports, order-level documents, and production to recognized standards.
Product test reports — CE and SGS
Our steel gratings are CE and SGS tested: certified & tested, reports on request. The reports go out with your quote reply. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity periods are confirmed in that reply — we do not print certificate numbers, logos or scans on this page.
Order-level documents
Every order is documented for its destination market: a Declaration of Conformity naming the standard set produced to, a mill test certificate to EN 10204 Type 3.1 for the actual material heat, and the factory final inspection report — free with every shipment.
Produced to recognized standards
Welded grating is produced to ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531 reference practice, heavy-duty sections to MBG 532. BS 4592, AS 1657 and AS 3996 are produced to when your specification references them — with reports and declarations as evidence.
Where a status is pending, we say so: ask about current EN 1090-1 status in your quote. Gaps are never dressed up as certificates.
Order-level documents
Documentation That Ships Free With Every Order
Certifications answer "is the factory OK". Order-level documents answer what really matters at customs and at your client's audit: "what exactly is in this container, and to what standard was it made".
Declaration of Conformity
Prepared per order for your destination market, in the ISO/IEC 17050 declaration format. It names the exact standard set your panels were produced to — the same set locked at order confirmation.
Mill test certificate — EN 10204 Type 3.1
Material traceability for the heat actually used — Q235B carbon steel or SS304 / SS316 stainless. The MTC is verified at goods-in, the first of our five QC stages, and re-issued with the shipment.
Factory inspection report
The recorded results of the five-stage QC map for your order: dimensions, weld inspection, coating checks and final release. Free with every shipment, and a sample goes out on request.
Standards set at order confirmation
Your specification's standard combination is locked into the production card — the same set the Declaration of Conformity will name.
Production and testing
Panels run through the five-stage QC map, and third-party testing is arranged where your project requires it.
Documents travel with the goods
DoC, MTC 3.1 and the factory inspection report ship free with every order — and copies go out with your quote on request.

The Five-Stage QC Map Behind Every Report
A report is only as good as the inspection routine that produced it. Ours runs from the truck at goods-in to the container at final release — five stages, each leaving a record that ends up in your inspection report.

Goods-in — MTC verification
Every heat of Q235B, SS304 or SS316 enters production with its mill test certificate checked — material traceability starts before the first cut.
First article inspection
The first panel of each run is fully checked against the drawing: bar section, spacing, banding and dimensions, before the run continues.
Weld inspection
Welds on every panel are visually inspected and sampled, referenced to ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531 practice — the same practice the panels are produced to.
HDG thickness sampling
After hot-dip galvanizing, coating thickness is checked by sampling on every galvanized batch, to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 — before panels are released.
Final inspection — report with the shipment
Dimensions, banding, surface and packing are released against the order card, and the results are recorded in the factory inspection report that ships free.

An honest note on certification status
You will not find a certificate wall on this site. Not every market requires formal certification for steel grating — where a standard is referenced, we produce to it and support compliance with CE and SGS test reports plus order-level declarations. Pending statuses stay pending in our wording: ask about current EN 1090-1 status in your quote, and anything else that matters to your audit.
