What to send us
A usable input can be as simple as four numbers. The more of this you include, the tighter the first quote:
- Panel outline and sizes — or the area to be covered
- Bar spacing / mesh and the loads or traffic expected
- Notches, cutouts, cheek plates or angled edges
- Material and finish (Q235B / SS304 / SS316; black or HDG)
- Quantities and destination port

Cut & banded to size
Panels cut to your outline and closed with banded edges — notches, angles and cutouts included, so they arrive ready to lay.
Plain or serrated surface
Plain bars for general flooring, serrated teeth for wet or oily zones — mixed within one order if your site needs both.
Close mesh via press-locking
Openings down to 11 / 11 mm on our press-lock line — heel-proof flooring and fine-mesh drainage covers.
Materials: Q235B · SS304 · SS316
Carbon steel as the workhorse, stainless for food, chemical and marine duty — each heat verified against its mill test certificate at goods-in.
Hot-dip galvanizing, ASTM A123 / ISO 1461
Zinc immersion at a certified partner plant near our mill, with coating thickness checked by sampling before panels are released.
19W4-style or fully custom dimensions
Start from a stock designation like 19W4 and adjust it, or specify every dimension from scratch — either path gets the same free drawing review.
