What is the lead time for steel grating?
Samples ship in 5–7 working days and mass production runs 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation, both including hot-dip galvanizing. Your itemized quote follows within 24 hours of your inquiry.
Do you provide samples before we commit to an order?
Yes — sample panels are made to your specification and ship in 5–7 working days, hot-dip galvanizing included where required. Sample terms are confirmed together with your quote within 24 hours.
Do you accept small trial orders, or is there a high MOQ?
Small trial orders are welcome — there is no high minimum to clear before working with us. Full-container orders are calculated per loading plan, so you order what your project actually needs.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment is by telegraphic transfer (T/T), with terms agreed per order. Deposit and balance split are stated in the proforma invoice, and banking details appear only on trade documents — never on this website.
How is steel grating shipped, and on which Incoterms?
Grating ships worldwide from Tianjin Port — FOB Tianjin as standard, with EXW or CIF negotiable per order. Loading plans and export packing are arranged so panels arrive ready to install.
Can you work from our own drawings?
Yes — panels are cut and banded to your drawings, and drawing review is free inside the 24-hour quote. Installation drawings and fixing layout are supplied with the order.
