What Your Drawing Needs on It

- Overall length × width of every panel type, with tolerances where they matter.
- Bearing bar direction — which way the bars span. The single most important mark on the sheet.
- Bar section and spacing you expect — or just the load and clear span, and we propose both.
- Holes and notches, each dimensioned from one stated edge of the panel.
- Banding and edges — which edges get banded trim, and any end plates or nosings.
- Material and finish — Q235B black or galvanized, SS304 or SS316 for corrosive duty.
- Quantities per panel mark and the destination port for loading calculations.

Panel length and width, the bearing bar direction, the bar section and spacing if you know them, plus any holes or notches measured from a fixed edge. Missing some of it? Send loads and clear spans instead — we propose the bar sizes, and the drawing review is free inside the 24-hour quote.
Can you make non-standard bar spacings and sections?
Yes. Standard centers are 30, 40 and 60 mm and bearing bars run from 20×3 mm to 100×8 mm, plain or serrated. Non-standard spacings within that forming range are quoted per project, and test data for custom steel grating is provided per batch.
Do you accept small trial orders of custom grating?
Yes — small trial orders are welcome, with a sample panel in 5–7 working days and production in 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation. Full-container orders are calculated per loading plan, FOB Tianjin as standard.
