Match the Mesh Opening to Traffic and Drainage
A mesh flooring panel is bought for two conditions at once: what crosses the floor, and what must fall through it. Wider openings drain faster and use less steel per square metre; closer openings catch heels, small parts and litter. Start from the traffic row, then check the drainage column.

30 / 40 / 60 mm centers on the welded line, or close 11/11 mm press-locked — chosen from the traffic and drainage table above.

Any width up to 1.25 m and length up to 6 m, cut to your support spacing — fewer joints than stock sheets on odd bays.

Bearing bar by duty
20×3 mm for pedestrian panels up to 100×8 mm for forklift loads — height set by span, thickness by wheel load.

Plain or serrated top
Plain for shoes and trolleys; serrated for ramps, washdown areas and any floor that runs wet.

Banding & load direction
Welded end bands on every exposed edge, plus a marked load direction so panels land with bearing bars across the span.
