A deeper bearing bar gains section faster than a thicker one, so depth is tuned to laden weight first. We check the wheel or axle weight you send against the bar range we actually weld — 20×3 mm up to 100×8 mm.
2 · Centers answer the wheel
A solid forklift wheel lands on one or two bars; a wide pneumatic tyre spreads across several. Centers are chosen so enough bars share each pass — 30, 40 or 60 mm from our welded range, closer where wheels are narrow.
3 · Span decides the section
