A galvanizing kettle heats once and serves many jobs at a time. Your panels share the batch with other work, which is why a small trial order is not priced like a solo production run — small MOQ stays realistic.

Should I order black grating or galvanized grating?
Follow the exposure. Indoors and dry, black steel with site paint is usually the lower-cost choice. Outdoors, in washdown zones or near salt water, hot-dip galvanizing is normally the better economics: one coating step instead of repeated repaint cycles.
