Plain bars keep floors easy to clean; serrated teeth grip wet or oily footwear. Any grade, any finish — the serration is cut into the bearing bar before assembly.

For dry plant and platform floors, Q235B carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing is the default choice. SS304 pays off in washdown and food-plant floors; SS316 is the pick where chlorides, salts or process chemicals attack the surface. Tell us the floor environment and we will recommend a grade in your quote.

What is the lead time for steel floor grating?

Samples ship in 5–7 working days and mass production runs 15–25 working days after drawing confirmation, both including hot-dip galvanizing for carbon steel panels.

Can floor grating, stair treads and covers ship in one order?
