From Bearing Bars to a Finished Deck Surface
1 · Cut and forged to your deck module
Bearing bars and cross bars are cut to your deck layout, then every intersection is pressure-forged in one pass — a single solid panel with no joints that can work loose under daily traffic.
2 · Serrated or plain surface
Serrated teeth on the bearing bars are the geometry that gives a wet or oily deck surface its grip — specified as a design goal, not a test claim. Plain bars stay standard where trolleys roll across the deck.
3 · Galvanized for exposed decks
Outdoor and roof decks go to a certified galvanizing partner near our mill for ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 hot-dip galvanizing — typically 2–3 days, already counted inside your production window.
