How the line is built
From Stainless Bar to Drain-Ready Panel
1 · Welded construction
SS304 or SS316 bearing and cross bars are assembled, then every intersection is pressure-forged in one pass — an SS drain grating that behaves as one solid panel under wheels.
2 · Press-locked close mesh
For hygiene drains, cross bars are pressed into notched bars down to 11/11 mm centers. No weld heat means flat panels and uniform openings a hose can clean in one pass.
3 · Finish, band & document
Stainless needs no coating step — panels are cut and banded to drawing, welds dressed, then palletized for export with mill test certificates and the inspection report.
