1 · Bar selection
Plain flat bearing bars carry the load; twisted-square cross bars — the rebar-style bar buyers recognize — lock the grid together. Q235B, SS304 or SS316, mill test certificate verified at goods-in.
2 · Electro-forging
Bars are assembled, then every intersection is pressure-forged in one pass — a single solid panel with no clips that can loosen and no welder-to-welder variation.
3 · Hot-dip galvanizing
Panels go to a certified galvanizing partner near our mill for ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 hot-dip galvanizing — typically 2–3 days, already counted inside your production window.

Mostly in name. Hand-welded rebar mats are a legacy, site-built format. What buyers specify today as rebar grating is factory bar grating: plain bearing bars fused with twisted-square cross bars — the rebar-style bar most people picture. We produce that construction in-house; true riveted rebar-carrier panels are quoted to drawings.
