What This Grating Company Actually Runs

Two forming processes under one roof
Welded panels are formed on our electro-forging line, where bearing bars and cross bars are pressure-forged into one solid panel. Close-mesh panels run through press-locking, which locks cross bars into notched bars without weld heat. Serrated, plain and banded variants come off the same floor.
Five-stage quality control
Every order passes the same five gates: mill certificates verified at goods-in, first-article inspection, weld-point inspection, coating-thickness checks after galvanizing, and a final inspection that releases the shipment report you receive.
Export paperwork & packing
Panels are export-strapped and palletized in-house, and the export file — Declaration of Conformity, MTC EN 10204 3.1, factory inspection report — is prepared by our own staff. The mill sits about 400 km from Tianjin Port, our standard FOB point.
